Fulfilling our social responsibilities at National Audit Office Malta

It’s not just about being good auditors! Thanks to our hard-working Social Committee, today we organised another Pink October event at our Office, once again attended by an impressive number of NAO staff.

Very appropriately, the selected motto for this year’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month is “Every story is unique, every journey matters”. The main objectives during the various events organised during this month are essentially to educate our citizens on risk factors, promote routine screenings (including mammograms, possibly starting at age 40), emphasise the importance of early detection, and support patients and survivors.

Once again, we thank our Social Committee as well as all participants whose numerous attendance confirmed our staff’s awareness on the need to fulfil our social responsibilities. Thanks so very much, dear colleagues………
