During a courtesy call with Mr Charles Deguara, Auditor General, Mr Noel Camilleri, Deputy Auditor General, and Professor Edward Warrington, the book’s editor, I was presented with a publication commissioned by the National Audit Office entitled ‘State Audit in Times of Transition, Reflections on Change and Continuity, Challenge and Opportunity from Malta and Beyond.’ I congratulated the NAO on the work carried out along the years in the best interest of the country.
